| Dalian (China) Factory |
Our Dalian factory (Dalian G.M. Industries, Ltd.) was established in 1996.
Located in Economical & Development zone of Dalian, China, where port
of Dalian is close by. Lead time for shipping via ocean from Dalian to
US is about four weeks including time for customs.
Dalian factory has been producing quality machined parts made of bar, forging,
and casting material for over 15 years.
As an OEM supplier, we are supplying 1500 to 4500lbs class Hancock®
valves which are assembled and hydrostatic tested in our factory.
Material
Except a few types of material, all material is sourced in China.
As we mainly use ASTM A105 and ASTM A182 F22, these material is specially ordered at local steel mill.
Other material is sourced at several of our trusted material dealer.
We inspect material at third party testing lav to check if the chemical
and mechanincal specification of the material certificate matches the actual
specification of the materal.
For every first purchase of material, we make sure specification of the
material at the lab, and we periodically condact no-notice inspection to
making sure the specification of material we purchase.
We are able to provide English/Chinese material certificate upon request
for all material we use.

Machining
Most of our machines, machining centers, lathes, drilling machines, milling
machines, and grinders are moved from our factory in Japan keeping precise
machining quality.
Manual machines are also used for small quantity items. |

Welding
Along with manual gas welding, we have TIG welding robot and MIG/MAG wedling
equipments.
Plasma welding machine is also used for hardfacing of stellite and other
hardfacing material.
We own two electric ovens for Pre&Post heat treatment at specific temperature
and time. |

Inspection
Penetrate Test is standard for all hard-faced items.
Using outside lab, we can provide NDTs such as Ultrasonic Test, Magnetic Particle Test, and Radiographic Test upon request for reasonable cost.
Chemical and/or physical test for specific material is also available. |
